Infrastructure Architect
The position is for a senior Infrastructure & Cloud Architect responsible for designing, modernizing, and securing enterprise-grade infrastructure across data centers, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The role emphasizes high-availability, regulatory compliance, security-by-design, and automation, particularly in financial services or fintech contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Architecture & Planning:
- Define and maintain target-state infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and edge.
- Lead modernization initiatives (virtualization, hyperconverged systems, containerization).
- Create blueprints for compute, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and networking.
- Align strategy with enterprise architecture principles and SLAs.
Cloud & Hybrid Enablement:
- Drive hybrid/multi-cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, private clouds).
- Architect secure infrastructure-as-code pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Design cloud landing zones, VPCs, identity federation, and interconnect strategies.
- Ensure observability, cost governance, and elasticity for cloud workloads.
Security, Resilience & Compliance:
- Integrate security-by-design, micro-segmentation, zero-trust, and encryption.
- Architect HA/DR solutions and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for risk assessments and secure deployment.
Governance & Collaboration:
- Participate in Architecture Review Boards and ensure infrastructure compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, security, operations, and vendor partners.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and runbooks.

Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Deliver infrastructure blueprints aligned with enterprise architecture within 90 days.
- Enable cloud readiness for legacy workloads and automate deployment.
- Deploy observability across critical systems and maintain SLAs.
- Ensure security compliance and integrate infrastructure with SIEM/SOAR tools.
