- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting mobile applications.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and practical solutions.
- Integrating mobile applications with enterprise and healthcare platforms.
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle within Agile or DevOps environments.
- Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation to ensure reliable applications.
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders throughout project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve development processes, technologies, and user experience.
What You'll Bring
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience developing applications using Flutter.
- Strong experience with systems analysis and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise or healthcare systems.
- Proven experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong Flutter and Dart development experience.
- Knowledge of the Flutter widget framework.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and/or Dart.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of Git or other version control systems.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
- Experience producing technical documentation.
Advantageous Experience
- Previous experience within a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR integration standards.
- Experience with cloud-based mobile services such as Firebase or AWS Mobile services.
- Exposure to mobile application cybersecurity.
- Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift certification.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
