We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process & Standards Specialist to drive excellence across our organization's analysis and engineering functions. This unique role is responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving the "Gold Standard" for how we analyze, engineer, and optimize our critical business processes.
Responsibilities
- Define & Maintain Standards: Collaboratively define, review, and continuously improve the standards, methods, and techniques for business analysis and process engineering across the company.
- Best Practice Curation: Create and maintain a collection of industry and company best practices, ensuring all analysis artifacts align with the established "Gold Standards."
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies to keep our practices and team skill sets on the cutting edge.
- Key Deliverables: Lead efforts involving process engineering/analysis, extensive reporting, and data analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Technical Enablement: Contribute to system integration initiatives and support knowledge sharing through platforms like SharePoint development.
Experience and qualification
- Degree or Diploma or any business analysis certification
- Additionally, banking experience is an added advantage. Experience with ARIS, Celonis, and any process mining tools would also be beneficial
