About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior AI Specialist strongo join our growing AI and Digital Innovation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.
You will work alongside experienced AI Specialists, Software Developers, and Solution Architects to design, develop, test, and optimise AI-powered customer engagement solutions for enterprise contact centre environments. This role offers hands-on exposure to leading conversational AI platforms including Amazon Connect, Genesys, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and cloud-based AI services.

Key Responsibilities
Conversational Ai Development
- Support the design and development of conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots.
- Assist in creating conversation flows, dialogue trees, and customer journeys that deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Apply user-centric design principles to improve customer interactions across conversational platforms.
Ai Development & Platform Configuration
- Configure and maintain AI solutions on platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, and Twilio.
- Assist in developing, training, and refining Natural Language Understanding (NLU) strongodels.
- Support Prompt Engineering initiatives by testing and documenting prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude.
- Assist with AI integrations and workflow automation using cloud-based technologies.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Execute functional, regression, and conversational testing of AI solutions.
- Validate chatbot and voicebot performance for accuracy, usability, and customer experience.
- Capture, analyse, and document user interactions to support continuous optimisation.
- Identify issues and recommend improvements to conversational flows.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor AI performance, customer engagement, and operational metrics.
- Compile reports and dashboards to measure solution effectiveness.
- Support data-driven optimisation using conversational analytics and reporting tools.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with AI Specialists, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams.
- Assist with gathering business requirements and translating them into AI solution enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing artefacts, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:

- or a related discipline
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Software Development through:
- Graduate programmes
- Internships
- Academic projects
- Personal AI projects
- Research projects
- Experience developing conversational AI solutions, chatbots, voice assistants, or NLP applications is advantageous.
- Personal projects such as Discord bots, Telegram bots, AI assistants, or LLM integrations are highly desirable.

- Knowledge of prompt optimisation and LLM experimentation
