We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager with a technical mindset to join our client, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting their innovative monitoring products and services. If you have experience in IT sales, understand IT monitoring, enjoy working with customers and know how to connect technical solutions to business needs, we’d like to hear from you. Our client provides proactive IT monitoring solutions that gives businesses complete visibility over their digital infrastructure. Their Operational Monitoring Architecture (OMA) helps clients stay ahead of issues, reduce downtime, and make smarter decisions.  This is a full-time hybrid role based in Johannesburg.



Some of the responsibilities will include:



Developing and executing sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Monitoring Solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.

Managing customer accounts and ensuring top-notch service

Generating leads and expanding client relationships

Translating technical solutions into real business value

Providing expert advice on monitoring services and IT infrastructure



What we’re looking for:



3-5 + years of experience with proven track record in sales, specifically in IT monitoring or Infrastructure products, services and related technology solutions

Technical Background / strong understanding

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a B2B Environment

Sales, Pres-Sales or account management experience

Experience in solution-based and consultative sales

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical clients including senior stakeholders in various industries

A natural ability to build and maintain solid client relationships

Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
