Junior Technical Support Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level position where you will support our corporate, reseller, and wholesale customers in the Information, Communications and Telecommunications (ICT) industry.
No prior experience is required — we provide on-the-job training and opportunities to complete industry-relevant courses and certifications through the company.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support and troubleshooting for networking equipment and CPEs.Support and troubleshoot voice and cloud solutions.Proactively monitor and engage with the NOC environment.Log cases and escalate issues to upstream providers when required.Continuously improve skills and performance, guided by KPIs.Participate in shift work, including graveyard/standby duty (one week per month).
Requirements
Education: Matric / High School certificate (Required).
Driver’s License: Preferable but not essential.
Knowledge: strongetworking & Security knowledge (advantageous).Understanding of ICT services is beneficial.
Skills & Attributes: strongtrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Intelligent, hardworking, and self-motivated.Eagerness to learn and grow in the ICT field.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
