Data Platform Support/Operations Engineer
Role Summary
The Data Platform Support/Operations Engineer is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational support strongf the data platform. This role ensures stability, responsiveness, and smooth running of all operational components, acting as the first line of support for related tickets and alerts.
Key Functions
- Manage daily operational support for the data platform.
- Handle the following request and issue types:
- Snowflake & data access requests
- Operator/Casino amendments (incl. TSA/Type 1 changes)
- Game amendments
- Overdue or failed pipelines & ETL incidents
- Internal tools, views, and configuration tweaks
- Data quality investigations & dashboard issues
- Act as the first line of support strongor tickets and alerts.
- Free data engineering teams to focus on high-impact project work and structural improvements.
