Java Developer
intermediate‑level Java resources available for an initial 6‑month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role thereafter.
The role will support the E‑nnuity Quotations application within our BAU team.
Below is an overview of the preferred experience and skills:
- Experience within banking, insurance, investments, asset management, or fintech environments
- Understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance requirements
- Exposure to secure coding, authentication, authorisation, and data protection standards
- Experience supporting business‑critical, high‑availability systems
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., audit controls, data protection, governance)
- Knowledge of authentication and authorisation frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
- Experience working on high‑volume, low‑latency transactional systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferable)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of front‑end technologies such as Angular or React
- General experience with enterprise‑scale systems
