Project Management Administrator

Key Performance Areas (kpas)

Governance & Reporting: Drive and ensure full project lifecycle compliance across the portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Financial Administration: Take ownership of the portfolio’s financial health, including tracking budgets, managing accruals, handling invoicing, and overseeing PO processes.

Project Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate project plans, facilitate key meetings, capture precise minutes, and track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID logs).

Tooling & Optimization: Maintain, update, and optimize data integrity across key PMO tools (PPO, SharePoint, Jira), continually driving process improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring high responsiveness and building strong collaborative relationships across various teams and leadership.
Qualification and Experience

Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a PMA or Project Administrator, ideally within an IT or large-scale corporate environment.

Financial Acumen: Strong, hands-on exposure to project financial administration (budgets, POs, invoicing, and accruals is a non-negotiable).

Governance Mastery: Solid understanding of structured PMO governance frameworks and compliance.

Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in PPO (Project Portfolio Office), Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Soft Skills: Exceptional coordination skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
