Data Analyst
Transform complex network operations data into actionable insights to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery within the NOC. Use analytics, data visualization, and collaboration to support decision making and operational excellence in telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate raw data into clear business insights and visualizations.
• Apply telecommunications/NOC knowledge (fault management, SLA adherence, MTTR).
• Solve operational problems using quantitative analysis.
• Automate reporting and streamline data processes.
• Collaborate with technical (NOC engineers) and non-technical teams (Field Ops, Management).
Core Competencies & Experience:
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar; advanced Excel.
• Experience with Python or R for automation/analysis.
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and ETL processes.

Minimum Requirement
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst in telecoms or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• High-level expertise in SQL, Power BI, Python, and telecom/NOC domain knowledge.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment for unstructured data challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical findings in terms of business impact.
