Key Responsibilities
1. Establish People Change Context:
- Enable and coach the Accountable Executive to ensure visible and active sponsorship.
- Provide people change input in designing the Case for Change.
- Map, identify, and classify the stakeholder ecosystem.
- Assess anticipated people change impacts to mitigate associated risks.
- Conduct Change Readiness Assessments to evaluate readiness and appetite for change.
- Ensure an appropriate People Change Management resource structure for effective delivery.
- Contribute to the budgeting process for PCM initiatives.
2. Develop People Change Strategy and Plans:
- Create people change strategies and plans to ensure adoption and embedment.
- Align change strategies and plans with project plans and approaches.
- Develop an AE Roadmap to ensure visible and active sponsorship.
- Establish PCM Dashboards and Tracking Methods for consistent execution.
- Activate Change Agent Networks to facilitate change across organizational settings.
3. Implement Change Management Strategies and Plans:
- Execute and track PCM strategies and plans to ensure adoption and embedment.
- Coach and enable the AE to ensure consistent sponsorship.
- Measure and report PCM outcomes to identify and mitigate people-related risks.
- Manage and sustain the Change Agent Network, ensuring effective landing of changes.
4. Implement Change Reinforcement and Embedment Strategies and Plans:
- Conduct business change compliance audits and gap analyses to reduce embedment risks.
- Perform stakeholder satisfaction assessments to inform future PCM improvements.
- Facilitate lessons learned retrospectives for organizational PCM learning.
- Analyse realised change benefits against PCM efforts to measure ROI.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Science or Business Administration
- Minimum of 7 years in Change Management.
- Stakeholder analysis and management expertise.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills to enable executive sponsorship.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in tracking, measuring, and reporting change outcomes.
