We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to support Agile Product Teams within our Data Solutions division. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in facilitating Agile practices, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive collaboration, support operational tasks, and maintain high standards of project execution. Your ability to prioritise effectively, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement will be key to the success of our software product initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholder input.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage resource allocation and availability across multiple work streams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Project Managers to improve processes.
  • Handle operational tasks including user requests and system enhancement coordination.
  • Support financial management processes: project creation, time tracking, and month-end reporting.
  • Prepare project documentation and client-facing reports.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
  • 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a coordination or Scrum Master role.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experienced with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and JIRA tools.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and product delivery processes.
