Programme Manager

We are looking for a Portfolio Project Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a diverse portfolio of projects. Your mission is to ensure that every program under your watch is directed and controlled to realize our long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize the project portfolio to deliver optimized business value in alignment with three-year strategic plans.

Direct and control all aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on target, on time, and within budget.

Conduct rigorous capacity management to ensure resource availability across the portfolio.
2. Stakeholder Orchestration

Ensure client needs are accurately captured in the scope and signed off by key stakeholders.

Proactively manage and align stakeholder expectations across the entire portfolio.

Manage project deviations with transparency and agility, ensuring stakeholders are engaged timeously.
3. Operational Excellence & Governance

Ensure all projects are delivered in strict accordance with project governance frameworks.

Identify resource inefficiencies and promote optimization through multi-skilling and addressing capacity gaps.

Technical Skills & Experience

Proven experience in managing large-scale portfolios or complex programs.

Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).

Strong financial acumen for managing project budgets and portfolio financial information.

Experience in resource planning and capacity management tools.
