Azure AD Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled On-Premises and Azure Active Directory Specialist to lead and manage projects related to identity and access management across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and related technologies to ensure the secure, efficient, and scalable implementation of authentication, authorization, and directory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support Microsoft AD technologies including:
    • Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
    • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
    • Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Identity Solutions
    • Azure AD Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    • Always On VPN (AOVPN), ADFS, ADMT, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, FSMO, LAPS, NPS
  • Manage AD Forest/domain upgrades, domain and forest functional levels, external trusts, and group policy objects.
  • Plan and execute Active Directory migrations (users, groups, computers, servers) using native and third-party tools.
  • Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations for Office 365 products (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business).
  • Design and deploy Microsoft 365 cloud solutions including:
    • Azure App Proxy, Enterprise Applications, Exchange Online
    • Identity governance and conditional access policies
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize desktop, mobile, and peripheral device performance in collaboration with systems engineers.
  • Develop, test, and deploy both on-prem and cloud applications following the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents; document solutions and implement preventive measures.
  • Support Microsoft licensing and contract management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Wintel Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Wintel Specialist to oversee the management, monitoring, and optimization of our Windows and Virtualization platforms across production and non-production environments. This role demands a hands-on individual with expertise in server configuration, virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V), scripting, and infrastructure performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the health and performance of Windows and virtualization platforms.
  • Secure the server infrastructure by defining and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server OS (2016, 2019, 2022), including failover clustering.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and hardening of Windows Server OS and associated services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot FTP services, antivirus solutions, and patch management.
  • Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi hosts (6.x, 7.x, 8.x) and vCenter servers.
