Wallstreet Application Specialist / Domain Specialist
This is a 12-month contract strongole for a Wallstreet Application Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and integrating the Wallstreet platform within the business. The role acts as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring platform stability, effective integrations, and the successful delivery of current and future Wallstreet-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, document, and understand existing Wallstreet functionality and its usage across the business.
• Lead the solution design for future Wallstreet integration requirements, leveraging existing APIs and backend integration capabilities.
• Drive the identification and resolution of technical issues impacting the performance, reliability, and stability of the Wallstreet platform.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective execution of in-flight projects.
• Provide expert-level support, guidance, and training to internal teams and external clients using the Wallstreet platform.
• Lead and contribute to the detailed scoping and definition of future Wallstreet product and enhancement requirements.
• Conduct regular product reviews and contribute to platform updates to ensure alignment with evolving business and market needs.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven, in-depth expertise in the Wallstreet application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and validating requirements end-to-end (cradle to grave).
