Technical lead responsible for the configuration, integration and operational health of the governance tooling layer. Owns connector lifecycle management, platform integrations and the deployment of governance automation (e.g., CoE Starter Kit for Power Platform).
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and maintain the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit and associated governance tooling
- Own the connector register and manage the full lifecycle of all connectors (approval, security review, deprecation, cost control)
- Design and implement Entra ID integration patterns — SSO, RBAC, conditional access policies
- Configure environment strategy, ALM pipelines and release governance for Power Platform
- Build monitoring dashboards, usage analytics and automated alerting
- Integrate governance tooling with enterprise platforms (SIEM, ITSM, identity management)
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 6–10 years in platform engineering, Microsoft 365 administration or cloud infrastructure roles
- Deep hands-on expertise with Power Platform administration, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 tenant management
- Experience deploying and customising the CoE Starter Kit or equivalent governance automation
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API)
- Relevant certifications advantageous: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator
