Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will focus on designing a complex, web-based cybersecurity product used by MSPs. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience, interaction patterns, and visual language of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UI design process from concept through implementation
- Define and design typography, color systems, layout, iconography, and overall web UI standards
- Collaborate closely with the product manager to define user requirements, workflows, and interaction models
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and validate design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI patterns
- Ensure consistency and quality across the product as it scales
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, design, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional product or UI/UX design experience
- Strong ability to clearly communicate, defend, and iterate on design decisions
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- A portfolio demonstrating experience designing web-based dashboards, admin consoles, or complex SaaS products
Nice to Have
- Experience designing products in cybersecurity, IT, or other technical domains
- Familiarity with design systems at scale
