The role is for a SharePoint Developer / Automation Specialist strongesponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions and automating business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security and compliance, and drive innovation through continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies, including AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: strongather requirements, assess business processes, and identify inefficiencies.
- Solution Design & Development: strongrchitect SharePoint solutions using out-of-the-box features, Visual Studio, and SPFx; integrate with enterprise systems; automate workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Training & Documentation: strongonduct demos, create technical/user documentation, and train stakeholders.
- System Administration: stronganage SharePoint access, user groups, and perform troubleshooting.
- Security & Compliance: strongnsure ISO/SOX compliance and adopt a security-focused approach in development.
- Innovation & Growth: strongtay updated with SharePoint, automation technologies, and AI best practices; propose improvements.
Essential Skills:
- 3–5 years SharePoint (2019/Online) development experience.
- 3–5 years with Visual Studio, Power Apps, SPFx; 2+ years with React.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, web parts, workflows, and integrations.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
- Microsoft SharePoint Developer certification.
- Office 365 integration, Agile/Scrum experience.
- CI/CD experience with Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MongoDB, HTML/CSS, UML.
