Change Management experience – Focused on driving responsible adoption and measurable value realisation across all AI tools in scope. Designs enablement programmes, tracks usage analytics, and produces ROI and adoption reporting for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enablement programmes, training materials and citizen-developer guidance
- Track and report on adoption metrics, usage patterns and licence utilisation across all AI platforms
- Produce monthly value-realisation and ROI reports for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a community of practice for AI champions across business units
- Recommend licence optimisation actions based on usage data
- Support change management in partnership with Human Capital and business unit leads
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in technology adoption, change management, digital enablement or learning and development
- Experience with Microsoft 365 adoption frameworks, Copilot enablement or enterprise AI rollout programmes
- Strong data literacy ability to build dashboards, interpret usage analytics and translate into executive narratives
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; experience running training at scale
- Relevant certifications advantageous: Prosci, Microsoft 365 Certified, Microsoft Copilot certifications
